Terms and condition of an Affiliate

By signing up as an affiliate (“Affiliator”) of our School Management System, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to become an affiliator. By signing up, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
2. Affiliate Commissions
   Affiliators earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a paid subscription to one of our school management plans. Commission rates and structures are outlined in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Affiliator will get 40% sells  commission  for the School Management Software. 
3. Payouts
   Payouts are made monthly, provided a minimum threshold (BDT  1000/- or $10) is met. Payments are processed via Paypal,  Bkash and Nagad, and you are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
4. Referral Tracking
   Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate links. We are not responsible for any tracking issues due to browser settings, ad blockers, or link tampering.
5. Prohibited Practices
   Affiliators are prohibited from:
   • Misleading or false advertising
   • Using spam or unauthorized emails
   • Offering false discounts or impersonating our brand
   • Violating intellectual property laws
     Any violation may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Brand Use
   You may use our approved logos, banners, and promotional content. However, you may not modify these assets or present yourself as an employee or representative of our company.
7. Account Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of terms or suspicious activity.
8. Changes to the Program
   We reserve the right to update or modify these terms, the commission structure, or the affiliate program at any time. Affiliators will be notified of significant changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
   We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including loss of revenue or profits arising out of participation in the affiliate program.
10. Governing Law
    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, India, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Maldives and affiliator country.
